Sean is not your usual 5 star pest controller. He was thorough, helpful and sympathetic. Most importantly, he got rid of the mice problem in my house. (I had wasted over $500 on another 5 star company and they had not caught a single mouse in three months.) Elementary was not the company I had contacted. Yelp sent my request to 4 companies and Sean was the first person to respond. He offered to come immediately to assess the problem free of charge. After checking things out, he discussed his plan with me and told me that it would take two weeks to get rid of the mice. I was skeptical about the two-week timeline, but was impressed by the plan, so I decided to use his service. What impressed me even more was he worked hard to eliminate of the causes of the problem, i. got rid of the grass seeds, vacuumed the droppings and installed mesh to cover the holes outside the house. His prices were reasonable and he used high quality products. I'm happy to recommend him.
